Job Interviews

Job interviews can be intimidating for all participants, both the interviewees and the interviewers. Each participant is attempting to determine whether the other is a good fit... either as an employee or as an employer. Job seekers try to determine whether the employer meets their goals, objectives and requirements. The employer searches for information that indicates the suitability of the job seeker to the employer's corporate culture and job requirements. In large part, the level of success for both parties throughout this process depends largely on whether each is asking the 'right' questions, providing the 'right' answers, how well each behaves before, during and after the interview, and how effectively each communicates with the other. Body language, self-confidence, attire, verbal skills, level of professionalism, critical thinking skills, and many other "tools" can make or break the deal for either or both parties. Through role-playing, video recording and review, and critical feedback, we help you to develop and hone the skills necessary to be successful on both sides of the interview table.
